This is a 15 minutes stretching session that can be done everyday.

It provides with flexibility and mobility that helps in daily activities. It will also improve your back health, usually harmed by our posture along the day. You will feel much better after performing these, and will notice the difference after several days.

Estos estiramientos ayudan a mantener la flexibilidad y movilidad en nuestro día a día. Son perfectos para la higiene postural ya que ayudan a corregir las malas posturas. Te sentirás mucho mejor después de cada sesión y en unos días notarás la diferencia.
